Recruitment Centre Opens for Jobs at Tesco Extra
The Bradley Stoke Journal reports that Tesco has opened a recruitment centre for positions at the company's new Tesco Extra store currently under construction in the new town centre. The centre is located on the Aztec West Business Park and is scheduled to operate until 6th October.
Bradley Stoke Payphone Could be Axed
The Bradley Stoke Examiner reports that a BT telephone box at the corner of Woodlands Lane and Foxfield Avenue may be removed. The box is listed in a public consultation exercise organised by South Gloucestershire Council on behalf of BT.

Deadline for Tesco Extra Jobs Extended
The Bradley Stoke Journal reports that the application deadline for management positions at the new Tesco Extra store in Bradley Stoke has been extended to 11th July 2008.
Charge to be Introduced for Bulky Item Collection
The Bradley Stoke Examiner reports that South Gloucestershire Council is to introduce a £15 charge for the collection of bulky items from residential properties. Householders were previously entitled to one free collection per year.
